Contents of this module:
This training focuses on understanding and applying team roles, personal behavioral styles, and effective communication. The program begins with an overview of Belbin's Team Roles, enabling participants to become aware of their own role within a team. This is followed by practical exercises and a personal DISC test to understand individual behavioral styles.
Participants gain insight into how different roles complement each other and how they can collaborate effectively.
The training includes interactive exercises, such as a teamwork simulation where teams must collaborate to complete a task, and various team-building activities to enhance communication and leadership. Participants also learn how to communicate effectively with different personality types, as indicated by the DISC model, enabling them to communicate more effectively and reduce conflicts.
The training provides practical tools and insights that participants can use to improve their collaboration skills, optimize team performance, and foster a positive team culture.
Note: This training is offered with the option of conducting an extensive personality test. Participants must take this test the day before the training.
