This training is designed for every new council member and covers all the essential information you need to effectively start your participation year.
Within an educational institution, there are many important stakeholders. This training systematically explains who they all are, what they do, and, most importantly, how you relate to each of them. Additionally, the training delves into the legal framework of the participation system, such as how participation is formally organized and how it manifests within your institution.
Another crucial aspect of the training is discussing the various rights and obligations you have as a council member. We explore your rights and how to effectively exercise them.
Lastly, we also address the importance of maintaining good relationships with your administrators and other stakeholders. We discuss effective ways to do this and what to do if disagreements arise.
